Heidi's Gymnastics

FLUTTERING CHRYSALIS      18 mos. - 3 yrs.

LUNA BRIGHT      3-4 yrs.

JOYFUL NOVA      5-8 yrs.

RADIANT BINDI      8-12 yrs.

Elementary school age kids work on strong fundamentals of tumbling, stretching, strength, conditioning, bars, beam and trampoline.

CHEERFUL AURORA (Home school)      5-12 yrs.

Elementary school age kids work on strong fundamentals of tumbling, stretching, strength, conditioning, bars, beam and trampoline.

BACK HANDSPRING CLINIC for CHEERLEADERS      8-12 yrs.

This class is designed specifically for cheerleaders with a strong focus on back handsprings. The primary goal is for the athletes to achieve their back handsprings. We incorporate conditioning to build strength for the skill, along with flexibility training.

Please Note

All classes for older children:
For safety reasons, children are not allowed to practice skills on their own at home unless they've been given direct permission by their coaches. Otherwise, at-home practice is not permitted.

Ages can vary in classes depending on ability levels and classes best suited for a child's engagement and enjoyment.

Classes may be added upon demand. If you have a group of 4 or more who are interested in small, private gymnastics classes, please contact us about availability.
